If God is supernatural, wouldn’t scientific proof of God’s existence also prove that He doesn’t exist? Consider that anything which can be proven scientifically is automatically relegated to to the realm of natural phenomenon. Is a god which is not supernatural truly a god after all? Or would it merely be considered an advanced lifeform of sorts?
It helps to not confuse theological philosophers with evangelists. There is a difference but objectively neither better than the other: an evangelist's mission is to convert; a theological philosopher's mission is to build an understanding of a position.
